Gîte La Percheronne

An adorable little countryside area just above the picturesque Risle valley, fields as far as the eye can see and just nearby, the Beaumont forest. To take advantage of this, Lydie and Alain have designed this pretty traditional house for you, making it as comfortable and pleasant as possible. And the result is there ! It is really a small cozy and elegant nest, very neat. Quality is everywhere and the whole is spacious and bright, each bedroom has its own bathroom. Without forgetting the welcome that will be reserved for you : at the top ! You enjoy a large garden, a beautiful terrace and a beautiful view of the countryside. Nearby, two very nice villages : Beaumesnil, with its superb Louis XIII castle and its conservatory vegetable patch, and the Ferrière sur Risle, full of charm with its covered market. On the ground floor : entrance onto the terrace onto the beautiful living room : modern and very well equipped kitchen, garden-style dining area and lounge with English-inspired decor, very warm. Master bedroom with its bathroom (large shower) and direct access to the garden. Separate toilets in the corridor with hand basin. Upstairs, you arrive on a large landing with a nice relaxation area, sofa and small play area for children. The room, small and attic, is no less pretty and quite functional. Beautiful colorful bathroom with a nice view of the fields and a real dressing room. You have an outbuilding with garage. The large garden, 1400 m², is closed on the street but not entirely on the side.
