Gîte Chez Hélène et Xavier

This large half-timbered house, very pretty with its half-timbered games, has regained all its splendor. Hélène and Xavier have made it a real holiday home in their charming countryside : meal or nap on the terrace facing the apple orchard, moments of relaxation in the cocoon lounge near the wood stove, frenzied foosball games or of board games, preparation of good meals in the kitchen based on good vegetables from Xavier's farm ... you are there ! The cottage is fitted out with your comfort in mind, very well equipped, with a modern, refined decor in light tones, grafted onto the character of the house. At 5 km, at the farm, a shop selling their seasonal fruits and vegetables but also other local products and a picking of strawberries ! You can also visit the animals. All around, beautiful walks to take in the beautiful little paths. A stone's throw away, Bernay is a charming little town with lots of leisure activities. On the ground floor, entrance to the large living room, the different areas of which are separated by openwork wood sides ; on one side the large, very friendly, bright kitchen-dining room with its double exposure to the countryside and the garden, on the other the living room with its wood stove in the old brick fireplace, and in the middle, table football. Also a double bedroom and a bathroom with wc. Upstairs, 4 double bedrooms with sloping ceilings all overlooking the enclosed garden and the large orchard, to the south (160x200 beds). Shower room and separate wc. The garden is being developed (lawn not pushed and fences under development) but you have the orchard to enjoy the grass and games (for young and old : badminton, balls, hut, pétanque, seashell pool, ...). You are here at the end of a dead end, with just the owners as neighbors.
