Denis, Vincent, Guillaume & Clément have revived this pretty farmhouse typical of the country by creating a very nice holiday home on the edge of the old farmhouse. Inside, beautiful very convivial and comfortable areas, a very well thought out equipment and a decoration at the same time very current and cordial. Exit on the large terrace : facing you, the rolling countryside, a small wood and the garden : you will not miss any ideas to spend good moments with side table tennis, basketball, football or petanque. Unless you prefer to enjoy the hammock or the lounge-relaxation area on the large terrace. The ideal place for a stay as we like, with family or friends. Nearby, 5 km, horse riding, golf, tree climbing, swimming pool and water games, children's games world and Spa-balnéo. You are here at the crossroads of Perche and Normandy. Entrance on the ground floor onto the beautiful spacious and bright living room thanks to its double exposure, garden and courtyard side : comfortable lounge facing the terrace, dining room with its large home-made table, and the beautiful very functional and well equipped kitchen. 3 double bedrooms (beds 140x190) of which 2 have their private bathroom and the other its dressing. Another large bathroom with large walk-in shower and separate toilet. Upstairs, TV lounge area on the landing, 2 large attic bedrooms with 3 single beds, bathroom and separate wc. A large garden of 2000 m² around the cottage is reserved for you, but you have access to nearby grassland, especially for ball games. At 10 km, Verneuil d'Avre and Iton is a very pretty city to discover, with lots of nice shops.
