This old barn has been rehabilitated to offer a real touch of originality. Large bay windows let in light on a living room with a decidedly contemporary decor. Wood, bricks and trendy accessories mark an engaged and original bias. Perfectly equipped and functional, the cottage is very well located and you have a private access to the indoor swimming-pool which is heated all year between 28 and 29°C (from 10:00 am all year round, until 8:00 pm, or even beyond on request, from June to September and 06:30 pm from October to May For a question of hygiene, the wearing of the swimsuit is mandatory, no swim shorts. Many sightseeing in the area (Bec Hellouin abbey, Harcourt castle, Field of Battle, Beaumesnil). On the ground floor : Large living room with dining room, kitchen and lounge, opening onto the large terrace with large windows. A bedroom with 1 double bed 160x200 and a bathroom with doubly communicating toilet. On the floor, a bedroom with 1 double bed 160x200. A bedroom with four single beds 90x200. Bathroom with separate wc. Garden of 3000 m² in share with the owners but large private area (600 m²) and meadow of 6000 m² with horses, depending on the time of year. Access heated indoor swimming-pool. Terrace, barbecue, games for children (gantry, hut ...) and on request free bicycles loan and a bike carrier on hitch to discover the many greenways in the immediate vicinity.
