The small country lanes of the Lieuvin region, in the middle of the fields, lead you to the house with the green shutters. Nadine and Jacky have completely renovated the old half-timbered house of the farm next door, to offer you a really nice, independent vacation home. Here, you'll love the space, both outside and in the garden (enclosed for your peace and quiet), which opens onto the meadows with apple trees and, very often, cows wandering around: we're in Normandy! Sun loungers, a dining area and games for the kids - there's plenty of space to enjoy the great outdoors. Inside, there's something for everyone, from the large living room with its kitchen to the landing room with its corner for relaxing, playing games or watching TV. The atmosphere is pleasant, with a mix of modernity and antique family furniture, and the equipment is all there. This region is full of wonderful discoveries: small towns of character like Cormeilles or Bernay, the Pays d'Auge right next door or the coast, less than 1 hour away. Entrance on the ground floor leads to the large, bright living room opening onto the garden: comfortable lounge, dining area and modern kitchenette. Lovely double bedroom, shower room with toilet. Upstairs, you arrive on a spacious landing with relaxation area and TV. 2 communicating bedrooms: 1 double bed (160x200) and TV in the far bedroom and 2 single beds in the first bedroom, each with views over the countryside.
