Gîte du domaine de Gouttières

Nestled on the edge of the forest, surrounded by nature in the heart of a charming little village, the hunting lodge at Domaine de Gouttières will delight you: a very cozy cottage, centuries-old trees in the more than one-hectare park bordering the forest, a colorful farmyard for children, and a timeless atmosphere in the heart of the countryside. The cottage is very welcoming and truly spacious for 6 people. The decor is charming, blending a country feel with travel inspiration and souvenirs. You'll enjoy a private enclosed courtyard at the rear, as well as a large garden in front of the cottage. But another highlight of this lovely place is the leisure activities! You have a first room with foosball and ping-pong on the ground floor, and upstairs, a second large room that's a veritable treasure trove with plenty of games for young and old, including a pool table, and a fitness area (shared with the other cottage, number 850). Bicycles, tennis, and a swimming pool are also available during the warmer months. You enter the ground floor into the well-equipped kitchen with a dining area; next to it is the living room with a dining area and lounge, a spacious and bright room that opens onto the terrace in the private, enclosed courtyard or onto the countryside stretching as far as the eye can see. There is also a bathroom with a spa bath and toilet. UPSTAIRS (via a spiral staircase): 3 attic bedrooms (4 single beds and 1 double bed), 2 of which have en-suite shower rooms, the 3rd having its own shower room directly opposite (with toilet), or the one on the ground floor. Bicycles and free access to the communal tennis court are available approximately 200 meters away, as well as a mini-farm (peacock, chickens, ducks, goats, donkey, and ponies). A private 10x5m above-ground heated swimming pool (minimum 24°C) is open from May 1st to September 30th (dates may vary depending on the weather). The church bells ring every day at 8am, 12pm and 7pm.
