Welcome to La Maisonnette, the adorable "3 nests fleuris" gîte. This small, traditional brick and half-timbered house offers comfort, warmth and well-being thanks to its soothing, light-toned decor. You'll enjoy a lovely private garden that opens onto the countryside. Marianne will be delighted to show you around her rose garden and other superb hydrangeas. Its many games and relaxing furniture also make it the ideal place to relax for a couple's stay. Marianne, Jérôme and the children will give you a warm welcome and help you discover this beautiful region of the Eure valley, just a stone's throw from Évreux and the banks of the Iton river. For leisure activities, canoeing and accrobranche are nearby, as is the GR222, around 4 kilometers away. GROUND FLOOR: Entrance to the pretty living room with its cosy lounge, dining area and well-equipped kitchen, with views over the garden and countryside beyond. FIRST FLOOR: the elegant and cosy attic bedroom, with a large 180x200 double bed that can be separated into two 90x200 single beds, and a TV. The small but well-designed bathroom with toilet. The flower-filled garden of approx. 300 m² is private and not enclosed for the moment. Barbecue and terrace with garden furniture. Numerous games: portico, table tennis, badminton and pétanque court.
