This thatched house offers lots of space and comfort. Located in a small village, it has a large tended garden. The fireplace warms the large living-room which opens onto the terrace and garden. Near Bernay, Lisieux and Cormeilles, you'll discover the treasures of the Auge country. GROUND FLOOR : living room, kitchen, bedroom (1 double bed, cot) with shower, toilet. 1ST FLOOR : 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 1 single bed in each one, bathroom, toilet. A 3000 m² enclosed private garden. Protected pond. Two other cottages (ref 611 & 910) for 6 & 10 persons are on-site but with detached access and garden. Heated and covered swimming pool open from the 1st of April to the 30th of November common to two others gites. Swing, trampoline, sandbox, slide, petanque court, playroom, bikes on request. Swimming-pool on request from 1st December to 31st March with an extra cost of 30€/week-end and 40€/week.
