Next to the Eure and Seine valleys and the small town of Pacy-sur-Eure, this gite, which is dynamic and very charming, is an old farmhouse. The calm of the countryside as well as the rich tourist sites (Giverny) are the main advantage of this place. Flowered fenced garden (near the gîte 417). Wooden hut for children (shared by both gites). GROUND FLOOR: hall, living-room with open-plan kitchen, 1 bedroom (2 single beds), shower room, toilet, cellar. 1ST FLOOR: 3 bedrooms (1 with 1 bed of 140cm, 1 with 3 single beds, 1 with 1 single bed and 1 bed of 140cm), 1 cot, bathroom with toilet. Fuel heating.
