Gîte du Tilleul

Charming and spacious stone house of more than 200 m² on a fenced and wooded plot of land of about 3000 m², with a tarred courtyard at the back, a gravelled area for parking or playing bowls on the side and a garden in front.
It is located in the commune of Pierrefitte-en-Cinglais in a small green hamlet called "le Tilleul" in the heart of the Suisse Normande with magnificent views over the garden and nature, hence calm and tranquility, without vis-à-vis, and can accommodate 12 people or 13 (adapted rates),
This gîte, facing south, is very spacious, has oil central heating and electric heating on a new part and has a large terrace (65 m²) surrounded by a balustrade, with garden furniture (2 tables and chairs) and 1 barbecue.
It is located at about 1 hour from the sea with the landing beaches and the Memorial in Caen, and 18 mn from Falaise on the footsteps of William the Conqueror and his castle to visit.
Many activities and walks are to be discovered in the surroundings of Suisse Normande (documentation available in the gite). You will find all the shops at -10 mn in Pont d'Ouilly.
