Located on a superb property, this gîte benefits from a terrace with a nice view on the valley and the horses. Particularly spacious, the living room is adapted to welcome families with children. You will appreciate the authenticity of the building and the harmonious arrangement thought by the owners. The children will probably follow Yves to take care of the animals, pigs, goats, chickens... The visits in the region are varied: the castle of Livet, the cheese factory Graindorge of Livarot, Cambremer, Pont l' Evêque and of course the flowery coast from Cabourg to Honfleur. Independent house on 1 hectare of lawn where the owners' house and the gîtes 1959, 1735 and 2787 are located. First floor: large living room with wood stove, open kitchen, sitting area with 2 sofas, shower room with toilet. Attic floor: landing bedroom with 4 single beds (4 single beds 90cm, 2 of which are bunk beds), bathroom with WC, 2 bedrooms in a row with double beds (2 double beds 160x200cm). 2 terraces with garden table, deck chairs and barbecue. Common land with animals nearby (horses, goats, sheep, pigs, donkeys). Horses can be accommodated in the meadow or in the box (with supplement).
