Le Bas Manoir

Located at the gates of Caen and on a wooded park of several hectares, Le Bas Manoir is a remarkable architectural ensemble dating from the 18th century. The charm of a country residence for your family events, your seminars and your training courses, at the gateway to Caen. You will be welcomed in a manor house with a large living room of 45 m² to welcome your friends and families in the country while being in town. In the dining room you can organize a large table for 20 people!

On the first floor:
The Green Room is very spacious: 22 m². 2 individual beds, but possibility to transform the bed into a double bed. Private bathroom with shower
The Taupe Room is very bright, with 2 large windows overlooking the Odon valley. Large double bed. Private bathroom with shower
The Toile de Jouy room with a double bed
The White Room with 2 single beds
The Blue Room has a view. Large double bed. Private bathroom with bathtub, shower, 2 sinks and closed toilet.

In the annex, on the 1st floor : 1 family suite composed of an adult room for 2 persons (1 bed of 160) and an adjoining children's room (2 beds of 80, 1 extra bed possible), private bathroom and toilet. Independent entrance

On the first floor : 1 bedroom for 2 persons (2 beds of 80 cm which can be assembled in 1 bed of 160 cm), Italian shower, private WC. Independent entrance. Baby equipment. Internet access

Wooded park with garden furniture. The garden can be arranged according to your needs. On the garden side, the banks of the Odon (unsecured stream along the property) and the horses in pasture will make you appreciate nature and the countryside. You will be able to reach the Domaine de la Baronnie (exhibitions, animations, reception room) in 10 minutes on foot

On site, painting workshop with courses for all levels (watercolor, pastel...).
