Description
Au terme de cette rude ascension, on s’accordera une pause pour observer le paysage de cette valllée profonde de Sainte-Engrâce, parallèle à la frontière espagnole, et dominée dans le lointain par le pic d’Anie et son profil pyramidal caractéristique. Dans son appellation en langue basque, Auñamendi, c’est la montagne des chèvres, un nom d’ailleurs repris par toute la région montagneuse voisine de Navarre.
