François and Jennifer were keen to give a second lease of life to this 1950s living quarters and its back staircase. The attic is ideally located in the main street of Nozay (bakeries, grocery shop, restaurants). With a population of over 4,000, Nozay is a stopping-off point on the estuary route, halfway along the Nantes-Rennes axis that used to run through the town.

The furnished apartment, located on the 2nd floor without a lift, comprises a living room/kitchenette equipped with an electric hob, fridge, microwave, connected TV, sofa bed, umbrella bed, bedroom with 160x200cm bed and bathroom (shower, WC, washbasin).
This accommodation is suitable for two adults and a child and/or baby.
The attic is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
