Attractive, spacious and very bright house with all mod cons. In a family area that is very popular with children. The lake 300m away has beaches, 1 of which is supervised by lifeguards in July and August.

The Loire is a few hundred metres further away and also offers beaches and, above all, views. The centre of Oudon is just a short walk away, with its supermarket, bakeries, butchers, beauticians, hairdressers, restaurants, bars, etc. Our house is located in a charming village on the banks of the Loire.

Our neighbourhood is rather quiet and is made up of families with children aged 3 to 15. The layout of the house is a little unusual, as it is on a sloping plot (20% on average), so we opted for an entrance at bedroom level (+ bathroom + WC) and a staircase leading down to the living room (lounge/dining room/kitchen 70m²) and the master bedroom (+ dressing room and bathroom). The advantage of this choice is that 2 of the 3 upstairs bedrooms have balconies and the living room opens onto the terrace with its covered area and the 600m² garden. The other advantage in summer is the coolness of the living rooms and the master suite. The whole house is accessible except for the garage. We will be away during your stay, but neighbours will be happy to show you around.
