This unique home is close to all amenities. Accessible on the 1st floor, it is located in a small building with 5 flats. The shared entrance gives access to a staircase and your flat door. Very bright and open to the town with its large window overlooking the heart of Ancenis.

The flat has a double bed (160x200) at the top of a few steps in a low space (you'll have to bend your head down), which gives this flat its atypical feel.

The private shower room has a shower, toilet and vanity unit. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, hob, microwave and crockery. Coffee pods, tea bags and a coffee machine are also available. A television and Wi-Fi internet access are available free of charge.

For parking, there is a large car park 100 metres from the building and spaces are often available on the street. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Entrance and departure are independent with a key box system. I remain at your disposal should you require any further information. A deposit is required at the time of booking (deposit not debited).
