Gîte de la Haute Boulière

An old farmhouse that has been tastefully renovated, the owner has preserved the character of this large historic building while adding modern comforts. The insulation and windows are recent and the heating is provided by a geothermal system that ensures a regulated temperature throughout the 240m² of living space.

To make the most of the surrounding countryside, the exteriors offer pleasant, leafy spaces for the whole family or groups of friends. The terrace overlooks a bucolic, fenced-in pond.

This 5-bedroom accommodation can sleep up to 14 people. It has 5 queen-size beds (160x200) and 4 single beds, 1 shared bathroom (with toilet and bath) and 1 shower room in one of the bedrooms. A separate toilet is also available on the ground floor. Bed linen and towels provided.

The kitchen is equipped with fridge, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave and all crockery and cutlery. Coffee pods, tea bags and a coffee machine are also available. A TV and Wi-Fi internet access are available free of charge.

The large courtyard is ideal for parking in front of the house.

The entrance and departure are independent with a key box system. I am available 24 hours a day should you require any further information. A deposit is required at the time of booking (deposit not debited).
