Ostrea changes horizon? but not soul!
After a magical season in the caves of Sainte-Croix-du-Mont, we're heading for a new spot: "La Métairie" at the Château de Roquetaillade, an old tobacco drying shed transformed with passion.
The concept remains the same: oysters, wine, a relaxed atmosphere? with even more character!
