Poets, Resisters…Stopped in their tracks, sometimes condemned to death, they saw their fate suspended within prison walls. Their incomplete archives, fragments of stories marked by injustice, recount both what was taken from them and what survived: fragile objects, letters, photographs, handwritten notes. These are traces that testify to the power of imagination in the face of carceral violence.During the exhibition, a song recomposes itself before our eyes. A sensitive dialogue between their solitude of the past and our gaze of today. This encounter between past and present invites reflection on human fragility and the capacity of art to resist oppression.
