Description
Le Parc de l'Ermitage Sainte-Catherine à Lormont, 30 hectares, est aménagé sur une ancienne carrière industrielle. Inauguré en 2005-2006, il offre un lac artificiel et des panoramas exceptionnels sur Bordeaux et la Garonne. Il conserve les traces de son passé cimentier et des ruines de l'Ermitage Sainte-Catherine (avec une chapelle troglodytique). C'est un exemple de reconversion réussie, alliant nature, histoire et biodiversité.
