Description
Ber’Tommes is a small sheepfold located in the very heart of the Suisse Normande area.
After breeding ewes for mutton for 11 years, we changed direction to breed dairy ewes as from 2017.
Our new activity, since 2018, consists in producing a range of products based on ewe’s milk:
Yoghurts, cheeses and ice cream.
Ewe milking from Tuesday to Saturday at 5.30pm from 1st April to 31st August, and at 5.30pm on Sundays during school holidays.
We have no website.
