There are two entrances to the house: on the ground floor via rue Jean de Bueil or via the park "La Butte Verte" directly onto the house's terrace, and a door on the 1st floor.

The ground floor comprises the living room, dining area and kitchen. An internal staircase leads up to the 1st floor with the bathroom and a large bedroom which opens onto the terrace with views of "les collines des Coëvrons". There is a picnic table and a park adjoining the terrace.

Remarks: The staircase from the ground floor to the 1st floor is narrow and part of it is open. The house is therefore not suitable for people with reduced mobility or very young children.
