At Sushi Z'n, every ingredient is prepared the same day:
● The fish is bought whole in the morning and cut according to the rules of the art.
● The vinegared rice is home-cooked, in keeping with Japanese traditions.
● Orders are prepared à la minute, in front of customers' eyes.

Monday evening in Le Cellier (place de la Terrasse)
Tuesday at Orée d'Anjou (Saint-Laurent-des-Autels)
Thursday in Ligné (market square car park)
Friday at Vair-sur-Loire (Anetz) (Vitrines de Loire car park)
The first weekend of each month:
Saturday at Mésanger (kiné balneo car park)
Sunday at Loireauxence (Varades) (market square)

Order by text message before 4pm, then by phone until 9pm.
