Le Poinçon - Cosy duplex apartment in the heart of the Anjou vineyards?
This cosy, tastefully decorated duplex is located in the peaceful commune of Les Garennes sur Loire, just 15 minutes from Angers. Nestling in the charming residence "Les Logis du Forgeron", this gîte is the perfect place to recharge your batteries in the heart of nature.

Ideal for a romantic getaway, a golf break or a green break for two.
If you're with a group of friends or a family of up to 14 people, you can book the other gîtes (see our adverts or contact us for availability).

The accommodation :
Le Poinçon sleeps 2, ideal for a maximum of 2 adults or 1 adult and 1 child. The duplex is fully equipped. Upstairs bedroom with double bed (160x200).
A living room with open-plan kitchen and 1 single bed, TV (Netflix), free wifi, a walk-in shower room and separate toilet. Bed linen and towels are optional and must be paid for on arrival (10€/person/stay), otherwise you can of course bring your own bed linen (duvet provided).
End-of-stay cleaning option: €40 to be paid on arrival.
Optional extras are payable on arrival in cash.
If you do not take the cleaning option, you must leave the accommodation as clean as when you arrived, otherwise we will be obliged to charge you for the option.
If you opt for the bed linen and towels option, these will be available on the bed. In this case, please remove your sheets and leave only the protective covers (mattress and pillowcases) on the day of your departure.

Le Poinçon's private terrace gives access to the shared swimming pool, according to the posted schedule. Secure swimming pool open from 1 May to 30 September.
The swimming pool is accessible on a private daily basis and can be rotated during the week, according to a schedule (see photo gallery), so that each gite has exclusive use of the swimming pool.
Free parking space in front of the residence.
