For over 50 years, Vladimir Skoda has been developing a major body of sculptural work, mainly in metal. He has explored molten material through to mirror-polished works, establishing a fruitful dialogue between us, the exhibition space and his sculptures. His first experiments were carried out at the SNM blast furnaces. Fire, a creative and solar force, naturally led him to a cosmic dimension, towards the infinite.
