Vacation home for 3 people, only 15 minutes from Sarlat, in the countryside, with its own small garden and private parking area.lovely, large covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. The cycle path is 2.5 km away: bring your bikes! The 1st shops in the village are 2 km away (grocery store, restaurants). The banks of the river are 2 km away (beach and canoes), as is the superb Grolejac lake and its marshland trail: a unique experience! Comprising: large ground-floor living room with fully-equipped kitchen, lounge and dining area. Upstairs: bedroom with 1 x 180cm bed - 1 bathroom with shower - 1 toilet. 1 separate sleeping area with 1 x 90cm bed.
