The large, enclosed garden of almost 2000 m², protected by a solid fence and hedges, is a secure playground where your four-legged friends can thrive in total freedom while you relax in the peace and quiet, lulled by the beauty of the setting: a peaceful pond, a picturesque ruin and a majestic hundred-year-old oak tree.

Inside, over 130 m², you'll find a convivial kitchen with dining area, a warm living room with fireplace, two cosy bedrooms (one on the first floor) and two bathrooms, ideal for sharing and relaxing.
