Ancien Presbytère - Périers-sur-le-Dan
Description
The old presbytery, built from 1660 onwards, was destroyed with its archives in a fire in 1782. It will be rebuilt on the same site.
The large house had its own autonomy: a garden, a small livestock farm, a dairy and a bakery enabled the parish priest to live very comfortably.
It was put up for sale in 1791, following the disaffection of the parish.
