Église Saint Martin - Carpiquet
Description
Place Albert Marie is home to the 12th-century church of St-Martin. It was listed as a historic monument on January 24, 1927. It is characterized by its two architectural styles, Romanesque and Gothic.
The church was damaged during the Battle of Normandy, particularly on July 4. Restorations took place in the 1950s, including the installation of new stained-glass windows.
