La Ferme du Vey

Thanks to these 4.5 hectares of high stem orchards (we use neither fertilizers nor pesticide), the Ferme du Vey proposes quality cider-based produce. A herd of suckler cows grazes under these orchards, so emblematic of our region. All our products are produced using healthy apples and via a natural process (sorting before pressing and cider fermentation without the addition of yeast).
