






Le Dauphin stands out for its modern gastronomic cuisine, based exclusively on seasonal and local produce.
It has been awarded two toques in the Gault et Millau guide and listed in the Michelin guide since 2025.
In September 2025, the restaurant's chef Amy Terbrack was awarded a "cuisine de la mer, des lacs et des rivières" prize by the Gault et Millau guide. Fish is one of Le Dauphin's signature dishes.
