Completely renovated in 2025, this 80m², single-storey gîte is welcoming, comfortable and bright.
Its assets: a 6-seater SPA, covered and private, accessible all year round. A magnificent swimming pool is available at certain times of the year, with brand-new facilities and a private garden laid out in the countryside.

Just 40 minutes from Angers, 45 minutes from the outskirts of Nantes and 25 minutes from the banks of the Loire.

In the 400m² private garden, you're sure to relax thanks to the facilities provided: barbecue, garden furniture with parasol, sun loungers and hammock. In addition to the garden, there's a small patio with a covered spa and a bike room so you can enjoy the outdoors at different times of the day.

Access to the owners' swimming pool is available during certain periods: from 3.30pm to 6.30pm from Tuesday to Saturday inclusive. The owners are also keen to give you access to the orchard for relaxing, reading, picking fruit and visiting the chickens...

Access to the gîte is via 3 steps from the garden. There is a 31m² living room with an attractive and functional new fully-equipped kitchen, lounge and convivial dining area for 6 people.

3 bedrooms (11 to 12.50m²) are available: the Olivier and Magnolias bedrooms, each with a 140x190cm bed, in soft, restful colours. Then there's the bedroom with exotic wallpaper and 2 single beds (90x190cm), which can be presented separately or as a single unit, as required.

During your stay in the countryside, take advantage of the nearby hiking trails starting from the gite. Visit the Guisabel chocolate factory in Candé 5km away, La Mine Bleue 25min.
