


The mill is a vestige of our local heritage. It is unique in its style with its wells "made of white marble from Saint-Béat".
The "Moulin des Arts" would have been built in the 16th century, and produced flour until the 1960s.
In 2001, the town hall of Saint-Béat acquired it and then began a restoration process. In the past, the inhabitants of the Saint-Béat valleys used to go there to have their grain ground. It was a real meeting place because everyone often came from far away. News was exchanged there...
