Here is the ideal holiday home for your tribe! You will find space, inside and out, lots of games for young and old as well as a relaxation and well-being area for everyone with spas all year round and a swimming pool in fine weather: everything is there, in a "countryside" environment on the edge of the forest, with even a donkey and goats to keep you company. Amélie and her family have designed this place as if for them, with the little touches that we like to find. You will love the warm interior where everyone will find their favorite little area between the veranda which opens onto the garden with the play area for children, the large nice living room with the stove and the "leisure" room with table football and billiards. The huge garden has a games area (ping-pong, cabin, trampoline, swing set, slides, tractors, sandbox, balls, ...) and the really pleasant relaxation area. The Charentonne valley is nice to explore, as is Broglie, 3 km away, perfect for shopping! HOUSE: entrance, veranda with kitchen/dining room opening onto the garden, friendly living room with fireplace (pellet insert), double bedroom with shower room area and toilet (closed), 2nd detached shower room with toilet. Upstairs, the landing leads to 4 bedrooms: 2 triples (single bed and double bunk bed), one with double bed and balcony and the last with 2 single beds; bathroom with toilet. OUTBUILDING: on the ground floor, beautiful recreation room with bay windows opening onto the terrace with billiards, table football and children's games, shower room and toilet. Upstairs, 2 attic bedrooms: 1 double bed on one side and 4 single beds on the other. The garden is fully enclosed (5500m²) and has direct access to the forest for walks. The above-ground swimming pool (9x4m) is heated, available from May to September inclusive. Parties prohibited out of respect for the neighbors.
