Entrance/living room/hallway area: dining table and 4 chairs, 140x200cm sofa bed (linen provided), TV, furniture, 2 armchairs, large cupboards, washing machine, cleaning equipment available.

Shower room: shower, washbasin, towel rail, hairdryer, shower gel and towels included (1 shower sheet, 1 face towel/person and 1 bath mat).

Bedroom: Queen Size bed 160x200 cm, undersheets, pillows, duvet, dressing table/closet, bed linen provided for optimum comfort.

Terrace: garden furniture with table and 6 chairs, parasol, 2 lounge chairs, pretty plants for a pleasant and relaxing setting.

Perfect accommodation for a couple or a family of 3 to 4 people.

Cot and high chair available on request.

WIFI included for work or play.

Board games and molkky available.

Traveller access:
At the address is this house and a studio. Parking in the courtyard is shared with the occupants of the studio. We would like to thank all tenants in advance for their understanding and respect for each other's private outdoor areas.

Non-smoking accommodation, pets not allowed.

Extra people and events of any kind are not permitted.
Failure to comply may result in additional charges.

A security deposit of €900 (accommodation + cleaning) will be required via bank transfer on the secure TYLLT platform, after booking and before your arrival. All information will be sent to you by message as soon as your stay has been confirmed.

Swimming pool secured by fence + gate.

🧑‍🔧 A technician will be on hand every Friday afternoon for maintenance.
Please ensure that the pool is used properly and kept clean between each visit.
A safety document must be read and signed on arrival.

Accommodation not suitable for those seeking absolute silence.
