For a few days or several weeks, enjoy the comfort of Les Gîtes de Mélissa.

This 3-bedroom house is located in a cul-de-sac in a peaceful setting away from the hustle and bustle of summer life.
Less than a kilometre from the beach and shops, Les Gîtes de Mélissa borders the Pays de Monts national forest.
You can take advantage of the many cycle paths and footpaths on offer and reach Saint Jean de Monts or the Ile de Noirmoutier in just a few pedal strokes.

The Pont d'Yeu natural beach, located 800 metres from the rental property, is a good compromise between unspoilt nature and proximity to summer beach entertainment.
Perfectly exposed, it's ideal for trying your hand at kite flying or surfcasting.
In summer, it's also the perfect place for children! Sand castles, snowshoeing, creating land art using recycled materials (seaweed, pebbles, shells), observing the Ile d'Yeu... the possibilities are endless!

In terms of comfort, Les Gîtes de Mélissa has two bedrooms, a living room, a veranda and a kitchen.
Outside, a large fenced garden, a guarantee of safety for your children, allows you to take full advantage of the sun and the fresh Atlantic air.
In the shade of the pergola, you can choose, or all at once, to devour the bestseller of the moment, smell the scent of Saint Gilles Croix de Vie sardines bought at the morning market and grilling on the barbecue, share a game of cards, taste the trouspinette...

And because the owners of Les Gîtes de Mélissa like to pamper you, they offer you the chance to :
- leave your childcare equipment at home, they'll lend you a cot and high chair,
- leave your sheets and towels in your wardrobe, you can hire them on site.
