Villa Litore Oya is on the Atlantic coast situated between the sea and the forest in Saint Jean de Monts. Its name comes from the famous beach of Pont d’Yeu which is very close to the Villa and accessed via a forest path. This beach, which is listed and protected, allows bathing in complete security.

Nestled in the heart of the Vendée, Saint Jean de Monts is one of the best tourist areas in France. The Villa is just 300m from La Forêt campsite and ideally located for Ile de Noirmoutier and Ile d’Yeu, and the towns of Saint Hilaire de Riez and Saint Gilles Croix de Vie.

The shops, bars and restaurants of Notre Dame de Monts are accessible on foot (800m away) or you can use the cycle paths which pass just in front of the Villa.
The Villa Litore Oya offers calm and comfort, with a care for local ecology. There is also the option to book a treatment at the Thalassotherapy Spa along with a variety of cultural offerings that are available in the Pays de Saint Jean de Monts.
