Gîte de la Nieultière

Right in the centre of town, close to shops and restaurants, the Nieultière gîte is a pleasant 19th-century house renovated in 2018.

With a floor area of 85 m², it comprises, on the ground floor: a large living-dining room, a kitchen opening onto the terrace, a shower room and a toilet; and on the first floor: a first bedroom (bed 140x190) and a second bedroom (160x200) with en suite shower room and toilet.

The house has DTT TV and no WiFi.
Reception on the 4G network is excellent on Orange and Free (base station 0.8 km away), a little less good on Bouygues and SFR (3.3 km).

Dogs are not allowed in the house. They have their own gîte on the enclosed terrace: a large kennel with an awning.
There is ample public parking in front of the house.

You can take advantage of the large beach at Le Veillon in Talmont St Hilaire (20 min away) or Les Sables d'Olonne (30 min away) and spend a day at the Puy du Fou park (50 min away).

The minimum rental period is three nights.
