The gîte is attached to another gîte with a completely separate entrance and covered terrace, close to the owner's accommodation. It is situated on a 3-hectare property with private enclosed grounds of 100 m², a terrace (garden furniture, sun loungers, barbecue), an enclosed 400 m² play area and a small private pond. A wellness area with SPA is available (from 15 June to 15 September). The gîte can accommodate people with reduced mobility. This is a very quiet gîte for nature lovers, just a stone's throw from the sea and the islands of Yeu and Noirmoutier. ). Ground floor: 55m2 living room / lounge / kitchenette / bathroom with WC / WC / 2 bedrooms. There are many remarkable sites to visit in the surrounding area. We lend bicycles (please let us know in advance if you would like bikes). We have a secure car park.
