L'arbre des Alpes Mancelles (13 pers.)

Welcome to Gesvres, in the heart of the Alpes Mancelles and the Normandie-Maine Geopark Regional Nature Park, in this character gîte sleeping up to 13 people.
The main part of the property has a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a wood-burning fireplace, three independent bedrooms upstairs (1 bedroom with a 160cm bed, 1 bedroom with a 160cm and 90cm bed, 1 bedroom with a 140cm bed and 2 90cm beds), two independent bathrooms and two separate toilets.
The adjoining area is a restored former barn (70 m²) with a bar (fridge, sink, beer tap), mezzanine (with bathroom, 1 x 160cm bed and 1 x 140cm bed), toilet, large-format TV, tables and chairs, and a large cocooning lounge (Chesterfield, club armchairs, etc.).
The grounds are fully fenced for the peace and quiet of your pets. A petanque area, a plancha, a Nordic bath to admire the stars at 38°C, and a brazier to gather around a campfire are all at your disposal!
Two swings, several garden furniture areas and sun loungers are also available.
Just 3 km from the centre of Saint-Léonard-des-Bois, and ideally situated for exploring Normandy, Mayenne and Sarthe, with their picturesque villages, this gîte is a real break from time. You can even hire bikes, which will be delivered to your door!
