You'll love the peaceful setting, with its large, leafy garden and terrace (complete with garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs, parasol, etc.) for moments of relaxation and conviviality. Discover the local heritage with visits to the châteaux of the Loire (Saumur, Brézé, Montsoreau less than 25 minutes away, Ussé and Villandry 40 minutes away, Chenonceaux around 1 hour), wine tasting in the vineyards of Anjou Saumur and Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil, walks along the banks of the Loire and of course the famous troglodytes.

The Plan d'Eau des Monteaux, 1.7km away, has children's games, a petanque pitch, a fitness trail and wildlife observation in the bird sanctuary. For cyclists, the Vélobuissonnière cycle route to Saumur is just 1km from the gîte.

Entirely on one level and air-conditioned, this gîte near Saumur opens onto a large 60m² living room with large picture windows overlooking the terrace: open-plan kitchen with central island (fridge, ceramic hob, filter and pod coffee makers, oven, microwave, etc.), dining room, lounge with sofas, decorative fireplace (not working), sofa bed and television.

A corridor leads to the sleeping area with its two spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed (160x200cm), en suite shower room and WC, and direct access to the terrace. There is also a separate WC and a third shower room.
