You will be staying in part of the tufa stone farmhouse, renovated to retain its original character: old fireplace, beams, wine press, floor tiles... All with modern comforts.

On the ground floor, you enter the 22m² living room with a relaxation area, sofa bed, television with DVD player and DVD available, dining area and fitted kitchen. A hallway leads to the shower room with large shower in the old grape press and double washbasin unit. Separate WC.
Upstairs is a 10.5m² bedroom (17m² floor area) with a 180x200cm bed (or 2 separate beds if required). The landing also leads to a small room with 2 beds measuring 90x190cm (surface area: 5.85m² at a height of 1m80 and 10.20m² on the floor).

Outside, an enclosed, private and not overlooked area of 80m² is ideal for meals, relaxing and barbecues.
