Oysters, prawns, whelks, oyster rillettes... It's mouth-watering when you love iodised flavours. Based at 26 rue de l'Écluse, near the boat cemetery, Sébastien and Véronique invite you to savour your favourite shellfish in a privileged setting in Noirmoutier-en-l'Île, with a breathtaking view of the sea, the church and the castle. Their hut is the perfect place to indulge in the delicious produce of the Vendée, not forgetting a glass of white wine, a must with any seafood platter.
Relax in the peace and quiet of the countryside, in a cosy dining room or on the lovely outdoor terrace overlooking the beautiful Moulin and Arceau streams. Mayonnaise, shallot sauce, lemon or plain, enjoy oysters and shellfish the way you like them at Istreg.
