Combining asanas (yoga postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation and relaxation, kundalini yoga is a comprehensive practice that works on the body and mind at all levels (muscular, articular, respiratory, endocrine and nervous). It is therefore an ideal practice for those who wish to relax and take a moment for themselves, but also for those who want to reduce stress, improve their immune system, balance their vital functions or optimize their physical capacities.
Classes are open to everyone, whatever their age or state of health. I'm also certified in sport-santé, which means I can cater for people with special needs. Please do not hesitate to contact me for further information.
