Old house with unfenced grounds of approximately 4000m². Swimming pool open seasonally. Ground floor: - Kitchenette and dining room: equipped kitchen with range cooker; - Living room/dining room: flat-screen TV and seating area; - Bathroom; - Annex: sitting area with sofa, bathroom with shower and toilet, bedroom 1 with a 180x200cm double bed accessible by three steps; Upstairs: - Bedroom 2: 160x200cm bed - Bedroom 3: 160x200cm bed - Bedroom 4: 160x200cm bed and private bathroom with shower and toilet.
