The Requetch lake is an artificial lake located on the border between the commune of Mirabel and the commune of Réalville. When it was built in 1972, the Catou stream, which formed this municipal boundary, was diverted to run alongside the future lake. This stream found its original bed beyond the dam which was built along the Requetch road (chemin de Pech on the Réalville side). The lake is fed by an underground spring, the surplus of which flows into the Poumarel stream.the PR2 loop, "the orchard circuit", runs alongside the lake and will make it a pleasant stopover. Superb place, in the middle of the hillsides... On the spot: - picnic possible - walk around the lake - petanque field - reception area for camping cars (3 consecutive nights maximum) at 7€ per night. Drinking water, electricity, WC. In case of bad weather, the barrier is closed and only allows access to walkers.
