Our region is so rich in gastronomy that you would have to be crazy to go elsewhere!
Our menu is therefore deliberately VERY local
L'Ardoise is a great promoter (and fan!) of short circuits and uses only local suppliers. Therefore, for our lunch formula, we do not propose a fixed menu, our menus are elaborated the same day according to the arrivals, and thus of the weather, etc. Our menu will surprise you every day for a pleasure always renewed.
Example of products regularly present on our menu: fish from La Rochelle, beef and duck meat from breeders living in the village, etc.
Other particularities
Our restaurant fights against paper waste and our waiters will always take your orders on real slates.
