We've opted for a limited menu that changes regularly to reflect the natural rhythm of the seasons and the work of our suppliers.
The chef invites you to take part in a culinary discovery in complete transparency, inviting you to sit as close as possible to the kitchen to discover the smells, flavours and values he wishes to pass on during this experience.
