Description

Bastion will promote peasant agriculture with local, seasonal produce, a delicate cuisine featuring plant-based ingredients, and hardy animal breeds. The fight against waste will be central: everything will be used to minimize waste. The name Bastion reflects their commitment to a cuisine that respects the land and the living, while paying homage to the urban history of the boulevard du 26e RI.
