The old 'Quercy Blanc' Farmhouse built in 1837, with central heating, comfortable and welcoming, with 3 beautiful bedrooms with superb views over our meadows and woods, living room with wood-burning stove for chilly autumn and winter evenings, well-equipped kitchen, bathroom and shower room. The farmhouse has a private, fenced garden.

Our grounds - large swimming pool (10.5 x 5.5m), gardens, orchards, fields and forest - cover 14 ha, including La Maison de Ferme, a rural house and our dwelling. A small trout stream borders the property, marking the boundary between the Tarn-et-Garonne and Lot departments. It's an ideal, tranquil place to relax and unwind. We invite you to stroll through our meadows and forest, discover secret spots for picnics or read quietly in the garden or by the pool.

La Maison de Ferme is located 3 kms from the medieval village of Montpezat de Quercy with its summer festivals, gourmet markets, good restaurants (La Table du Cardinal and Le Pré de Montpezat) and shops, and close to many tourist attractions: Gorges de l'Aveyron, Grotte du Pech Merle, Rocamadour, Sarlat, Gouffre de Padirac, Toulouse and the Cité de l'Espace, interesting towns like Montech, Moissac, Montcuq, Castelnau Montratier, Montauban, Toulouse, Puylaroque, Lauzerte, St Cirq Lapopie, Auvillar, Albi, Puycelsi, Cordes-sur-Ciel, St Antonin du Noble Val, Bruniquel, Penne, Cahors, Najac, Conques and the market in Caussade every Monday.
